Starware® announce the launch of it’s hosting department Hostware® on the 1^st. July 2008.

Hostware® adds a powerfull ticketing system to their support center. A 24/7 is starting from the 1^st. July 2008.

Hostware® becomes the “Gold Account” status by Dell. From 23^rd. June 2008 Dell offers the hosting department of Starware® Co. a golden service, which enables a very fast and cost effective hardware supply for our new clients.

Please be advised that this maintenance was completed.

During the maintenance it was determined that another part needed to be replaced,
but unfortunately the UPS technician did not have the part with him.

Our Technical Team has just finished a short help manual in form of questions & answers in our FAQ pages. All of our clients are kindly invited to visit this department, which can improve a powerful usage of their activities in our servers and network.

Please be advised that we will be performing the annual maintenance of our building generators from Monday, November 17th 2008 to Sunday, November 22nd between the hours of 07:00AM PT to 17:00PM PT.

This maintenance window is required in order to perform a preventative inspection and test of the generators. This maintenance will be NON SERVICE impacting.
